At Connecting Heals, LLC
We believe that equity and social justice are important factors to consider when providing mental health services.
We believe every person deserves respect, autonomy, validation, emotional and physical safety, and to have their needs met.
Our practice has ample training and experience working with people of many different experiences. We happily provide services to BIPOC (Black, indigenous, People of color) individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled folks, and many more intersectional identities.
Cost of Services
Our Practice is only in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Some therapists in our practice are in-network with Blue Care Network. We are happy to verify your insurance benefits prior to starting services to make you aware of the costs of services and who is able to take your insurance. Our practice is not in-network with Blue Cross Complete or the Blue Medicare Advantage plans.
Our practice is not in-network with any other insurance companies at this time. This means that we do not directly bill the insurance company for services. If meeting with one of our providers, you will pay at the time of service or upon receipt of a bill. If you are interested in learning how to submit a bill for your own insurance reimbursement, our clinicians are happy to walk you through this process.
Individual/family services typically cost between $110 and $220 per session.
Group Therapies typically cost between $30 and $50 per session.
Clinical Supervision typically costs between $50 and $100 a session.
Lectures and public speaking vary in cost. Please send us an email or give us a call.
As stated above, our practice does value equity and social justice. As such we do offer a sliding scale, can provide guidance on out of network reimbursement, and offer some pro bono services. Additionally, we are sometimes able to help individuals figure out how to get services covered under a “single case agreement.”
Please consider reaching out to us even if our services are not within your budget. We will do our best to connect you with resources that will either be a better fit for your current needs or may be within budget.
